3) Products, Prices & Availability

  • We strive to display accurate product information. Minor variations in color/specifications may occur.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per order, per person, or per address at our discretion.

4) Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
  • Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and successful payment authorization.
  • We may request ID/address/phone verification to prevent fraud. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Pan‑India: 7–14 days for in‑stock products (remote areas may take longer).
    • Guwahati: Same‑day delivery available on eligible products (subject to cutoff time, stock, and serviceability).
  • Tracking details will be shared when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated unsuccessful attempts, re‑shipping charges may apply.

6) Damage in Transit

  • If any item is damaged during shipping, we will provide replacement of the damaged part only, free of cost.
  • To claim: notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos and order details.
  • No returns or full product replacement are provided for transit damage.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for delivered products. All sales are final.
  • Refunds are issued only when:
    1. An order is cancelled before packing & dispatch, or
    2. A damaged part cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).

8) Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation only before packing and dispatch.
  • Once an order is marked Packed or Shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9) Warranties & After‑Sales Support

  • Unless a written warranty is provided with a product, all products are sold “as is” with manufacturer’s standard warranty (if applicable).
  • Wear‑and‑tear, misuse, improper installation, and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
  • We may connect you with the manufacturer/service partner for warranty claims where applicable.

10) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the website;
  • Use false information to place orders or attempt fraud.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
